TERMS & CONDITIONS: The NEX Building Group $20,000 New Home Grant runs from 10:00am 1st May 2025 (AEST) to 30 June 2025 at 5:00pm (AEST) or at any earlier time if withdrawn by NEX
Building Group (the Promotion Period). The offer includes one $20,000 grant that will be deducted from the final contract price of Mojo Homes full range of designs. To be eligible for the NEX
Building Group $20,000 New Home Grant, a customer must meet the following terms and conditions:
1.
i. be new clients of Mojo Homes and;
ii. be on the May 2025 pricelist and;
iii . pay a deposit within fourteen (14) days of the Quote being issued
2. Existing clients currently in the Mojo pre construction process are not eligible for this promotion.
3. Complete a New Home Grant application form in full before, at the time of or within 14 days of their quotation request;
4. Not breach any essential terms of the contract for the duration of the contract.
This promotion can be used in addition to the Mojo Homes “Have More” promotion only but cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Mojo Homes. The NEX Building
Group $20,000 New Home Grant cannot be deducted from the land price in any house and land package. The NEX Building Group $20,000 New Home Grant offer is not transferable or
